How do I choose the right size?
To save you time, we’ve included detailed product measurements on each product page. For the most accurate sizing, we highly recommend the following:
- Dog Clothing:
Check not only your pet’s weight but also their back length and chest girth. - Dog Collars:
Measure your dog’s neck circumference. - Dog Toys:
Some toys come in multiple sizes—please choose the one that best fits your dog’s needs. - Dog Scarves:

Note: If your pet has thick fur, we suggest selecting one size up to ensure a comfortable fit.
What is the material of the product?
The material of each product is different. We have carefully listed it on the product page, so you can check the material there.
When will l receive my order?
Once we receive your order, in-stock items are usually prepared for shipment within 48 hours. Pre-sale items will ship within 3-5 days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow the following total processing and shipping times for orders without personalization:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Note: Personalized items are made just fur you and require an additional 3–5 days for production. At this time, we are unable to offer split shipments, so your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Please note all personalized items are final sale and not refundable, unless we make a mistake.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help! We accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Returns received within 7 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item—in that case, we’ll provide a complimentary return label.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.(Orders shipped within Canada are not considered international orders.)

Can I exchange this?
Yep, for the most part.However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a newproduct altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for thenew item that you would like instead. We cannot accept exchange for International orders and final sale items.
How much does shipping cost?
The standard shipping fee is $5.99. Shipping costs may vary slightly for different countries based on exchange rates. Free shipping on orders over $79.
What happens if my item is lost or damaged during shipping?
When a package appears to be missing, it is usually due to one of the following situations:
- It may have been delivered to a neighbor’s address.
- The package might have been placed in a different location than usual on your property.
- The shipping carrier may have marked the package as delivered before it actually arrived.
- Your package may be waiting for pickup at the local post office, but the carrier did not leave a slip, the slip was misplaced, or someone else in the household retrieved it.
If none of the above situations apply and you still have not received your package after more than half a month, please contact our customer service team—we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order. For example, if a Christmas promotion is active, additional discount codes cannot be combined with the ongoing promotion.
